Growth Factor Concentrate (GFC) Hair Treatment is an advanced form of PRP treatment to achieve better results in patients. This treatment is one step ahead of the PRP treatment. Steps of GFC preparation
  • Step 1: Collection of Blood: In GFC preparation, the patient’s own blood is used. For this, approx. 15 ml of the patient’s blood is collected and equally distributed in 4 GFC tubes.

  • Step 2: Activation of Platelets and Release of Growth Factors Gently, the blood is mixed, and the tubes are allowed to stand for 30 minutes. This activates and releases all growth factors like PDGF, VEGF, EGF, and IGF-1 from the platelets.
  • Step 3: Separation of GFC: All four tubes are then centrifuged at 3400 rpm for 10 minutes.
  • Step 4: Collection of GFCs: GFCs are gathered at the cap of the tube, and with the help of a collecting syringe, they are collected.
  • Step 5: Application of GFC: The collected GFC is now ready for application at the site to be treated.
